Our natural defenses and survival instincts cause us to feel uncomfortable with that which is strange or unfamiliar, but the universe is immense and contains wonders beyond measure. If variety is the spice of life, we must try to control our natural fears and seek out and learn about what is different. As long as it doesn't harm others, every individual should be given the opportunity to explore and fulfill their aspirations. We believe in a pluralistic society, the right of personal privacy, and need to fight the oppression of authoritarian and repressive majorities.
