In many different cultures and for thousands of years, there
has always been a signficant portion of society that has
chosen to lead fulfilling and thoughtful lives without the need
for organized religion or belief in a supreme being. While
rarely in the mainstream, this non-religious humanist
philosophy, centered on reason and compassion, has
encouraged critical thinking unrestrained by dogma or
parochial loyalties.

In this spirit, we attract those seraching to be part of
mankind's Great Conversation, and encourage them to
join us in lively debate without crashing into those that have
supposedly been given the "correct and certain" answers
from a supernatural agent.
